Holiday Shipping Information

Last Day to Order for Recommended Christmas Delivery

Orders received by 10am PST will ship the same day except on weekends. These dates are based on timelines that each carrier has claimed to ensure that packages arrive in time we advise ordering a day or two before the dates below*

USPS:
USPS Ground: Tuesday December 16th
First-Class Mail® Service: Wednesday, December 17th
Priority Mail® Service: Thursday, December 18th 
 
UPS:
UPS Ground: Tuesday, December 16th
UPS 2nd Day Air: Monday, December 22nd
UPS Next Day Air: Tuesday, December 23rd

 * If your shipment tracking shows as “In-Transit”, rest assured that your order has left our facility and is with the carrier. We encourage you to contact the carrier for any additional inquiries

DECEMBER Customer Service & Shipping Closed
Wednesday, December 24th - Thursday, December 25th
• Ship same day if placed on: December 23rd by 10 am PST
• Ship Friday December 26th if placed: December 23rd (after 10 am PST) - December 26th    before 10 am PST

Wednesday, December 31st - Friday, January 2nd
• Ship same day if placed on: December 30th by 10 am PST

SHIPPING

Cascade Mountain Tech ships orders same day Monday through Friday unless the order is placed past 10am PST. If the order is placed past 10am PST, and/or on Saturday or Sunday, the order will ship the following business day. Please reach out to our customer care team for any questions on shipping timelines.
