FREE SHIPPING

In order to be eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $65 you must be shipping to one of the lower 48 states*. Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are unfortunately ineligible for free shipping on orders $65 and above.

*excludes wholesale customers and orders with a product quantity over 5 units.

If you are eligible for free ground shipping, please provide a physical address for your delivery. We are not able to ship to PO boxes. If you have a PO box, please provide the closest post office physical address. 

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMELINE 

Orders received by 10:00 am PST will ship same day, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 10:00 am PST will ship the next day. Holidays*, Saturday and Sunday shipping are not available. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after checking out, and a shipping confirmation when the tracking code has been generated.

We currently only ship to USA and Canada. 

ORDER STATUS

How long does an order typically take to ship out?

  • Orders received by 10:00 am PST will ship same day. Orders received after 10:00 am PST will ship the next day. Holidays*, Saturday and Sunday shipping are not available. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after checking out, and a shipping confirmation when the tracking code has been generated.

Has my order shipped? How do I track it?

  • Log into your account to find the shipping status of your order. If you checked out as a guest, simply follow the link in the email confirmation that was sent to you.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

  • If you'd like to modify or cancel your order and it has not already shipped out, please call our office and we'll gladly assist you. If your item has already shipped, a return authorization will need to be created - please see our returns and exchanges page.

My order never arrived. What do I do?

  • Log into your account to view all past orders. Check to make sure that all the items in your order have shipped through the tracking links provided. If your package shows as “in-transit” we have given the package to the carrier and it is on its way to you. We encourage you to contact the carrier for any additional inquiries regarding your order and its delivery. If you order is marked as delivered, check with the shipper to confirm this. If this does not solve the issue, please get in touch with our customer care team for additional help.

An item is missing from my shipment, or a product is missing parts.

  • Log into your account to view all past orders. Check to make sure that all of the items in your order have shipped through the tracking links provided. If you order is marked as delivered, check with the carrier to confirm this. If this does not solve the issue, please get in touch with our customer care team for additional help.

I received the wrong product.

  • If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please customer care team within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • When placing a new order, you will be given options to update the shipping or payment information associated with your account.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

  • We collect and remit sales tax as applicable by state and local laws, based on the ship to address of your order.

The amount I was charged seems to be different than expected.

  • Please review your order by logging in and locating your order history. Double check the price you were quoted there. If this price is different than what you were charged, please contact our customer care team and we will gladly refund you.

I need a copy of my receipt.

  • To obtain a copy of your receipt please log into your account to view all past orders. Click on your order to view the item, payment details, and print the records.

When will my credit appear on my account?

  • Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
