ORDER STATUS

How long does an order typically take to ship out? 
Orders received by 1:00 pm PST will ship same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm PST will ship next day. Holidays*,Saturday and Sunday shipping are not available. You should receive an order confirmation shortly after checking out, and a shipping confirmation when the tracking code has been generated.
*Upcoming Holiday Closure: November 22nd & 23rd - no shipments these days.
Has my order shipped? How do I track it? 

Log into your account to find the shipping status of your order. If you checked out as a guest, simply follow the link in the email confirmation that was sent to you. 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you'd like to modify or cancel your order and it has not already shipped out, please call our office and we'll gladly assist you. If your item has already shipped, a return authorization will need to be created - please see our returns and exchanges page.

My order never arrived.

Log into your account to view all past orders. Check to make sure that all of the items in your order have shipped through the tracking links provided. If you order is marked as delivered, check with the shipper to confirm this. If this does not solve the issue, please get in touch with our customer service team for additional help. 

An item is missing from my shipment, or a product is missing parts.

I received the wrong product.

CHARGES & PAYMENTS

Do I have to pay sales tax? 

We collect and remit sales tax as applicable by state and local laws, based on the ship to address of your order. 

The amount I was charged seems to be different than expected. 

Please review your order by logging in and locating your order history. Double check the price you were quoted there. If this price is different than what you were charged in the end, please contact our customer service team for a refund. 

I need a copy of my receipt.

When will my credit appear on my account? 

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

SUPER COOLER

Can I use dry ice in the cooler?

DRY ICE WARNING: REMOVE OR LOOSEN DRAIN PLUG WHEN USING DRY ICE. NEVER MIX DRY ICE AND WATER IN SEALED COOLER. 

Our cooler plastics are manufactured to withstand extremely cold temperatures, including temperatures reached by dry ice.  Because our coolers are air tight though, dry ice use must be done with extreme caution.  The sublimation of dry ice produces carbon dioxide gas, which if not vented properly could produce dangerous pressures.  If using dry ice, you must ensure proper ventilation is provided, by loosening the drain plug, to prevent the buildup of carbon dioxide gas to a dangerous pressure.  dry ice should never be mixed with water in a sealed cooler as it will lead to the rapid building of pressure.  Use of dry ice should be done with the utmost caution and understanding, with proper personal protective equipment, and properly vented to prevent pressure buildup. When dry ice is used in our coolers, always keep the coolers outdoors or in a well-ventilated room. Use of dry ice in a confined space can lead to a buildup of carbon dioxide gas and present a suffocation hazard.
